[ANN] svc-authentication-persist 2.1.1

The keel team is pleased to announce the Authentication Service -
Persistent 
Implementation 2.1.1 release! 

This module contains an implementation of the Authentication service
that uses 
the Persistence service to store authentication (user/login) information
in a 
relational database. 

Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o Cleanup Eclipse warnings 
o Dependency updates 
o First pass at proper keel.server, keel.client, war.bundle and
uber.skip 
  properties 
o Updated maven.test.dest property in build.xml 
o Updated resource declarations in project.xml 
o Removed unnecessary conf, resource, doc and README files 
o Removed old Ant files where necessary
