[ANN] svc-filter-filters 2.1.1

The keel team is pleased to announce the Keel Filters - Default
Implementation 
2.1.1 release! 



This module contains a basic implementation of the "filter" service,
which can 
be used to filter potentially problematic characters from text input
from the 
user. 

Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o Dependency updates 
o First pass at proper keel.server, keel.client, war.bundle and
uber.skip 
  properties 
o Updated maven.test.dest property in build.xml 
o Updated resource declarations in project.xml 
o Removed unnecessary conf, resource, doc and README files 
o Removed old Ant files where necessary
