[ANN] clnt-struts 3.1.1

The keel team is pleased to announce the Keel Struts Client 3.1.1
release! 



This project contains the "connector" between Keel and the Struts
framework. 
Struts is one of the several available UI choices for Keel. See the
JavaDoc 
for details. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o Added JSTL dependencies and TLD 

  Fixed bugs:

o Update JSTL tlds to 1.1.2 version to match JSTL JARs 
o Move keel.jsp, authfail.jsp to app-personality 
o Add errors map to response 
o Make changes for app-personality 
o Dependency updates 
o This will work only with Keel Mvwn plugin 1.2.14 and later. Snippets
for 
  struts-config.xml have been expanded to allow form, datasource, action
and 
  plugin definitions. In addition, Tiles plugin has been added, and
assembly 
  of tiles-defs.xml is supported. For pieces of struts-config/tiles-defs
that 
  apps may supply, see clnt-struts/conf/client/struts. 
o Another pass at dependency cleanup, and updated
keel.client/keel.server 
  properties 
o First pass at proper keel.server, keel.client, war.bundle and
uber.skip 
  properties 
o Updated maven.test.dest property in build.xml 
o Updated resource declarations in project.xml 
o Removed unnecessary conf, resource, doc and README files 
o Removed old Ant files where necessary
