[UPDATE] tool-maven and tool-maven-plugin in CVS...

Salut all,

just wanted to let you know that I added proxy support to the maven
plugin (needed for lookup of remote POM files).

The target "keel:jar" had static paths where it looked up sources
(${maven.src.dir}/java and ${maven.src.dir}/test). Now it takes the
paths that are put in the POM (${pom.build.sourceDirectory} and
${pom.build.unitTestSourceDirectory}).
