Keel-Framework: First Install problems

Hello

Here is where I am now with my first keel "ant completeinstall". I think that I
am going back to keel-2.0-src.tar.gz for now and put this 2.1 aside for now.

1. I checked out tools-xdoclet-1.2.2 from CVS, zipped it and stuck it in as
$KEEL_HOME/keel-build/lib/xdocklet-1.2.2.zip. It seemed close enough to what
what in keel-2.0-src.zip to get the "ant completeinstall" working past this
missing file.

Proceeding with the "ant completeinstall" I now have a missing
keel-common/build.xml file:
