Build Problem

Hi all
After updating and rebuilding from public CVS I've suddenly encounted a
problem when doing a "maven war" on the default project.
I get the message "keel.project property is not true - keel specific
goals skipped"
Eventually in frustration, I deleted all jars (and POMs) from the keel
directory in the maven repository and downloaded the latest plugin
(1.2.18) and then did a "maven keel:install" -- "maven keel:maven" (from
the default project dir) -- "maven war"
All required jars seem to have been downloaded but I still get the same
message doing the "maven war".
Two questions -
1. Has anyone struck this before?
2. Is the public CVS up to date? (I ask this because
tool-maven-plugin in cvs is version 1.2.17 but the keel site has version
1.2.18)
I am using java jdk 1.5.03 under Linux.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Warren
