The keel team is pleased to announce the Persistence Service Base 1.3
release! 

This project contains base classes used by several different
implementations 
of the Persistence service (for storing objects as rows in relational 
databases). 

Changes in this version include: 

	o Depend on 4.1 of keel-core
        o Add module-specific log, and logkit.properties property
