[ANN] JFreeReport 1.1

Salut all,

this is a first shot of the new svc-report-jfreereport. 

Changes/issues:

- keel-core report API change; shouldn't break anything in old projects
- XML output not working properly
- only TableModels are supported as data
- tests for huge reports are disabled due to out of memory problem (a
problem of JFreeReport)
- updated JARs
- code clean up


NOTE: don't forget to use keel-core-4.1 from CVS (API change in report
service!!!).

Next steps: fix minor issues, add collection and array data support;
write unit test which generates a report from db query result. Implement
parameter and option setting.
