Problems Installing Keel - Please Help

Greetings,

I downloaded all keel files from CVS, but I have been unable to successfully 
build keel.  I have gone step by step via the documentation (book.pdf, and 
HandsOn.pdf); but no luck.  I keep getting messages stating that a required 
file is missing (build.xml).  This file is in keel-build, but not in any 
others.  It looks like ant is looking for a build file for every service, 
but they don't exist.

I know this is a basic question, but I am eager to work with Keel, but I'm 
stuck before I can even get started.
