Re: New machine, cant find commons-resources-1.0-dev

I've double checked each of those repositories, none have a jar. 
ibiblio and the apache java-repository both have the folders for the
jar, but no actual jar.  I also read somewhere that commons was
discontinued.  Say it ain't so!  Any ideas?
