Building CVS Source

Hi again,
I must be doing something very very wrong as I am sure that building
Keel should not be this hard. I am now @ home as I cannot get to the
CVS repository through our office proxy.

I am experiencing multiple problems with the source from CVS. I
checked out the source using the following instructions
(http://www.keelframework.org/docs/?q=node/6)

cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/keel login
cvs -z9 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/keel co default

This checkouts fine, no problems so far.

Now I create my new project by issuing the ant command from <CVS
REPO>/keel-build and use the project directory of
d:\java\workspaces\keel\ with Project Name of KeelTest.

Now I change directories to d:\java\workspaces\keel\ and issue ant
completeinstall

Wait as it downloads all the pre-req files, then it errors

It appears that D:\java\libraries\cvs\KeelFramwork\keel-build\lib\xdoclet
-keel-1.2.2.zip does not exist, and I have confirmed that it does not
exist in the CVS repository. So where does it exist? The file does
exist in the nightly snapshots @ http://j2eeguys/~Keel/ but that does
not seem to have the same updates as the one in SourceForge.
