The story of Keel is the story of silly people who have been sticking together for the last 5 years with nothing to unite us other than the fact that we all believe in the idea of making - first a framework - Expresso - work, and now a meta-framework - Keel. The rest is just details, and we are often as confused as you and still bumbling forward. When we are lucky, someone such as yourself sticks with us and our intelligence and codebase extends to that degree. But this is also our weakness, as what you see is only ever as strong as who has joined us before and contributed their one perspective or piece. Right now we are at a particularly promising and frustrating stage, as critical mass has almost, but not quite reached a point where you can just come in and grok it without strain. Perhaps your presence will take us over that edge. That would be my hope. You certainly don't lack for fit or wit. Strategy vs tactics? Jeez Louise. I must be in business school or something. No-one will be in a better position to edit the documentation that you ask for than yourself. Catch it while the iron is hot!
