Never mind, found it. I was looking in app-workflow, the doc is actually with the Eclipse plugin. I believe it is there in the redkeel plugin on our SF downloads page, if not, get it from CVS from tool-redkeel. Beware, the plugin works only with Eclipse-2.1.x and you need the GEF plugin also.
