Updated Fortress/Excalibur

I have just updated Avalon-Framework, Fortress and Excalibur JARs to the 
latest bug fix versions.
This should be completely backwards compatible, and all the Keel unit 
tests ran fine.  Please remember to do a "ant clean". keel-build, 
keel-common, keel-core and keel-container modules need to be updated.

Please submit issues to SF tracker if you run into problems,
