Cocoon example implementation

Is there a "Hello World" example of a Keel application that uses Cocoon? I'm more inclined to use XML/XSLT than JSP for my UI, but I'm not sure what I need to do to configure Cocoon or how XML will be passed and intercepted within a pipeline(s). Any help would be much appreciated.
