Great :-)  I wil spend a little time trying to think how a typical service
should be described in the document, in terms of sections, sub-paragraphs. 
For instance, how do we define the full set of configuration (maybe a DTD?),
or handled Exceptions, etc. etc. I'll propose a template after a try one or
two, so we can all agree on a format, then it's open season on ocntributions.

BTW, I looked at what okcca.net is....darn, Keel better handle occa.appeal
correctly :-)
