time out?

Whenever I take a little while to debug my app now this happens: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: [KeelStarter] :Channel timed out waiting for response I am using the latest 2.1 code from CVS and the default configuration (tomcat/struts) Is there a way to make this period longer or turn it off?
