Try downloading 2.1 dev snapshot and then, from KEEL_HOME (this is from
http://66.105.113.115/vqwiki-2.3.5/jsp/Wiki?ExpertGetStartedHOWTO and it
worked for me) This should get you started and then you can continue
with the hands on tutorial:

$ cd keel-build
$ ant completeinstall
# type 'default' for deployment name
$ cd deploy/jakarta-tomcat-4.x.xxx
$ bin/startup
# access http://localhost:8080 and
# also http://localhost:8080/struts/model.do?model=test
# and http://localhost:8080/struts/model.do?model=createdb
# to create the databases
#			(The default user is: root)
#			(The default password is: root)

I have been looking for some help, maybe you could help me out. I am
trying to do a new keel install and following the HandsOn Tutorial with
no luck :( I could not the hoj app to work!
