Actually, the best bet is to grab Keel from CVS and look at the manual 
here: 
http://www.keelframework.org/release/HEAD/docbook/keel-doc/html_chunk/manual/index.html

This weekend, I'll take the latest CVS snapshot and put it out as the 
latest keel-2.1-dev, so the docs and source match each other. 

Although the expert getting started Lou quoted still works, the build 
system changes make a lot of the things on the Wiki out of date.  The 
Wiki is probably most closely matched to Keel-2.0.  Trust me, the CVS 
version of Keel is better than 2.0 and is at least as stable.
