... burned a half week last month because I 'guessed' at the wrong place 
to start with the new build system. Didn't even 'see' the quick start. 
Figure we ought to keep that from happening to someone else.

There is an open question about whether Keel is just a meta-framework or 
a loosely coupled group of guys that share each other's efforts. It is 
definitely the latter, for me. If we all just do what we can to watch 
out for each other, everything else works out....
