Yeah, sounds right. My patch is working as a quick and dirty fix, but I
suppose there're probably other keywords besides ASC and DESC to think
about.

Thanks for the patch.  When I get a chance, I'll change to drop
everything
following a space in the fieldname, and check it in. What do you think?
