Tiles newbie with questions/errors

Hi, is anyone using tiles and definitions?  I've setup a definitions 
file, and pointed my struts-config TilesPlugin element to the file.

However, when I set an action forward to my definition names, Tomcat 
gives me a resource not found.  If I try using a .forward.name notation 
for the tiles definitions, I get a struts error that the forward does 
not begin with a "/"
