Nightly Downloads Server

Greetings.

My apologies for not having the nightly server back up yet.  The upgrade did not go as smoothly as was hoped.  The last (I Hope) of the upgrade failures was solved this morning, and I should be able to reinstating services, accounts, and utilities this evening.

First on the list are;
- Email capabilities (I have not been ignoring anybody, I just have not been able to get any of my email that runs through that machine, which is most of it!)
- List Server capabilities (several groups have a mailing on this machine)
- Keel Nightly Downloads
- Misc tasks.
The first two will be completed tonight, and I hope #3 as well.  Otherwise, #3 should be ready Thursday evening.

Improvements 
- 50GB HD space that was disabled are now available for use.
- Faster (I hope) response times
- Greater load bearing capability
- Security enhancements/fixes
