Yes, indeed there is. In fact I've been working on Maven integration for
Keel over the last few weeks, in with a number of other projects to make
installation/install/configuration easier and faster.

If you look in CVS, you'll find a Maven plug-in for Keel in the
keel-build/maven-plugins directory. It's not finished yet, but it should
be ready to use sometime in the next few days.
