Maven & App-Fileservices

Hi Guys.

Trying to bring app-fileservices up to date, as well as clarify the 
examples.

Running into the following issue when trying to set up app-fileservices 
to run as a standalone application..  Btw, is this possible under the 
current system, or am I being strange again?  I know I had to set up a 
project earlier -- but I did not see anywhere in the docs where I still 
had to do that.  But back to the problem at hand, it seems that the 
dependencies can't be found?  My build.properties is appended.
