Detecting Hairlines

In the attached picture you can see Preflight that I ran to detect hairlines in a PDF that was authored in InDesign.  The line I have selected in Preflight is highlighted to the right of the Preflight dialog box outlined in blue.

Is there a way to detect these type of lines with iTextSharp?

What I'd like to do is analyze the PDF and output the end points for each line in a console application.

Thanks,
Darren
