Extract Png image with detached palette

Hi, I have a problem extracting one image from a particular pdf. Analyzing with iTextRups I can see that the image has a colorSpace with a binary palette inside. My problem is that I'm not able to apply the palette to the image data recreating the rendered image. How to do that ? Please find attached the pdf file.
