You are right: the link doesn't seem to point anywhere. Unfortunately, 
there is very little we (at iText) can do about it. See the attached 
screen shot: we can select a License, but we can not control the link 
that is used for this License. That is controlled by SourceForge. This 
calls for a support ticket at SourceForge.
