?

You refer to
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29076946/java-lang-illegalargumentexception-element-not-allowed
But that is a question about XML Worker, not about attachments.

Also: the iText mailing-list is being discontinued. Nobody at iText
Group is officially following it anymore.
Since you refer to StackOverflow in your question, please post it there.

However: if you ask a question such as "How can i add the attachment at
the required position in the document", you will lose reputation because
it is an incomplete question.

For instance: what attachment are you talking about? I assume a File
Attachment Annotation.
What have you tried? Have you read the documentation about attachment
annotation? If you don't show what you've tried, you'll lose reputation
because not having tried anything before asking a question will make
people think that you are lazy.
Finally: what is the required position in the document? If somebody
tells you "assume the required position", would you know what to do if
you are unaware of the definition of the concept "required position"?
