Hi Paulo, I’ve tried with iSharpText 5.5.3.0 and now 5.5.6 (the latest on GitHub). I’ve re-posted the question on Stack Overflow with more detail: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29372894/why-is-itextsharp-returning-a-no-page-root-error --Richard From: Paulo Soares [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, March 31, 2015 10:37 AM To: Post all your questions about iText here Subject: Re: [iText-questions] "Missing document root" problem reading PDF (Please use StackOverflow to post a question. I’m currently using iText 5.5.3.0. The files were apparently created from Word using Acrobat. Any ideas? Before asking the state regulators to try to save them again, I want to be sure it’s not just a bug in iText (or something I can otherwise work around in iText).
