How to resize windows?

Hi guys, I've an ipaQ 5550 running Familiar 0.7.2 with GPE and I've installed Blackdown Virtual Machine on my SD card. The JVM runs properly, I've did some programs that uses grafic interfaces, but I don't know how to resize windows. There are some windows that are bigger than the iPAQ's screen and I can't scrolling in them. HAVE ANYONE THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME? COULD ANYONE HELP ME?
