I think I started with the wrong code to cut and paste, some people are just naturally lucky :-) > About the luxor tabbed pane, I also havent' been able > to integrate it correctly in my application either. Tabbed pane is working fine, it is just that the tab selection is buried in the Swing component, I think. Apart from doing a mouse click, I can't quite figure out how to trigger a tab action. I do run with my posted fixes, so unless I include my personal jars or they get fixed in the next beta things won't quite work the same for others, i.e. tabs along the lower border etc. > Cheers, > > Denis I am 100% luxor in my experiments, but I have ignored or done workarounds for some style fixes and multiline label. When I get the time to repackage just the relevant parts I'll post a copy of my RAD GUI for a real application. Luxor is actually quite good for fast prototyping the interface parts and getting a mockup running in very short time (minus the learning curve and bug fixing of course). This would work very well in a development shop where Usability and User Feature Interpretation often come very late in the cycle after the core functionality is built. Marketting, QA and Support types could start in early with their complaints while the developers are still building the guts of things :-). It also seems like filling in the hard stuff is going to be much more obviously laid out when it is a just matter of connecting the XulInputs and XulActions to something that works as opposed to just a mockup visual facade.
