xul broadcaster and observer

Hello,

this afternoon I was reading the xulplanet.com. I was
reading the chapter concerning the broadcaster and
observer pattern
(http://xulplanet.com/tutorials/xultu/broadob.html).
It seems to map in a straight forward way to the java
EventListener interface.

I was wondering if there was some code in luxor
relating to this part of the xul specification.
If not is there any plan to introduce it. And how are
you all doing to keep all your widget in sync?

If I am able to code something generic enough, I try
to integrate it into the luxor code.
