QT Designer

I remember that on this list someone mentioned a project which would 
convert ui files (from QT Designer) into xul files and an other one wich
converts ui files  into Java code.

I managed to spot the first project but could not find the second one.
Could someone tell me the location of the second project?I recall it was
hosted on Source Forge although not so shoure about it.
