How to run Luxor?

Hello,

   I was reading on http://luxor-xul.sourceforge.net/index.html a lot 
about XUL and so on. Then I download the "luxor-1.0-b8.zip", 
"luxilla-1.0-b8.zip", "luxor-docs-1.0-b5.zip", "ramses-1.0-b8.zip", 
"luxor-libs-1.0-b8.zip". I could run the ramses with Java Web Start. I 
could run also luxilla following the intructions of a readme file:
 > set the CLASSPATH
 > java luxilla <any example>
   But I didnt find any instruction about how to run luxor. I tried:
 > java luxor
   Exception in thread "main" ...
but it didnt work.
