benifits...

It is xml based (or more importantly ASCII) which means:
	1. The ui description can be served from a web server
	2. It is platform independent
	3. It is based on open standards, xml, xbl, css (hopefully)
	4. changed without recompile
	5. xml can be transformed using xslt
	6. framework based, no compilation needed to build ui

all for now ;)
