Hi Denis, > Is there any major things to be aware of in order to > migrate from b8? Thanks for asking. I think now with the CVS up and running it will be easier to track changes. Pre Beta 9 mostly adds new experimental features such as a new mini XML forms architecture, two new XUL tag plug-in interop wrappers (for applets and JavaBeans), new easy widget lookup using JxFrame.get() and so on. I also moved some "generic" Swing classes to Salsa. I hope to get Salsa imported into CVS in the next couple of days. So you will likely need to upgrade some libraries such as Salsa and Caramel. All in all Beta 9 is still a work in progess and your contributions are more than welcome. I have already added you to the developer list so you should have full write-acess to the CVS repository. - Gerald ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: VM Ware With VMware you can run multiple operating systems on a single machine.
