Using Maven To Build Luxor and Co - Comments?

Hi,

  I'm currently cleaning up and unifying the Ant build
scripts so it's easy to get started building Luxor and
all its building blocks such as Houston, Caramel,
Rachel, Salsa, and so on.

  Evidently I'm not the first one to stumble on the
challenge to maintain a dozen of Ant build scripts and
keep them in sync. 

  Maven already has worked it all out and offers a
free off-the-shelf solution and much more. See
http://maven.apache.org for details.

  Now, does anyone want to share your experience with
Maven? Do you want me to switch over all Luxor build
scripts to Maven?

   Any thoughts or comments?
