Simplifing Event Binding

   I agree the event binding needs to get much easier
using naming conventions and automatic binding using
reflection with any need for handcoded action
wrappers, for example. Any takers?

  I will start working on it once the new Luxor SWT
release is out (hopefully sometime next week). 

  In the meantime any additions and suggestions are
welcome.
