XulManager and XulContext

Hi Gerald and all,

I was wondering why the XulContext is mixed with the
XulManager? Perhaps I am missing the point of what the
context is...

I would have thought that the context would have been
contextual to the Box or Container, but it looks like
it is global to the whole application, no?

(in fact I though the XulContext could be used to
store a reference to the XulForm)
