I'm trying to reviewsome of the examples with Rames and I changed the 
codebase to my installation as per instructions but webstart fails and I 
get:

    An error occurred while launching/running the application.

Title: Hello Ramses - Luxor Example App
Vendor: Gerald Bauer
Category: Download Error

Unable to load resource: file:/d:/nightly/prod/ramses/lib/luxor-1.0-b8.jar

what am i doing wrong?
