How to use the Maven ibiblio.org jar repo?

Hello,

does anyone know how to upload your own jars to the
ibiblio.org Maven repository?

Can I just use a built-in Maven plugin or do I need
to sign-up for an account first to get write access?
Has anyone tried to use ibiblio before?

I'd appreciate any help or pointers to online
information.

Over the next couple of days I plan to switch over
all build scripts to Maven because Maven keeps track
of all the jar dependencies and lets you download all
missing pieces on demand (in theory) and Maven makes
building Luxor on a fresh machine as easy as typing
maven jar:jar (after having checked out the source
from CVS).

So far I have a working Maven build script for
Luxor that only requires some miniscule changes to the
existing directory structure.

Please let me know what you think about Maven. Does
anyone want to keep the Ant build scripts hanging
around?
