RE: chrome config examples

chrome=calc
chrome.calc=file:///c:/sandbox/ramses/src/chrome/calc

which points to the chrome root directory.

I'm using the ChromeLoader class from the calc project to load my chrome,
however, instead of being in a plain directory the chrome is in another jar.

With the judy installer, the software packaging will include in the lib/
subdirectory: the luxor jar and it's dependencies, the installer delux jar,
and the judy installation chrome jar.  The "main" method is in the installer
delux jar.

I'll take a look and see how the ChromeAnchor class works.  I saw that it
was an option for loading chrome, but wasn't sure how it worked.
