Luxor and SWT?

I am trying to check out the SWT flavor of luxor and am having trouble
in figuring out where the .dll needs to be at runtime. 

 

I get the following error:

 

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no swt-win32-3019 in java.library.path

      at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1491)

 

Any ideas?  Thanks.
