Luxor Website Updated; Let's Welcome Installer DeLux To The Luxor Family

Hello,

  I finally got around to update the Luxor website.
I've brushed up the front page a little bit and I've
added Dale Asberry's Installer DeLux project to the
Luxor family banner.

  I've also updated the Luxor Powered Apps and Project
page @ shttp://luxor-xul.sourceforge.net/powered.html 
The latest additions include Installer DeLux, MFlow,
jCAE and the Lopica Web Start Tools.

  I've also updated the Luxor Team page. New team
members include Dale Asberry, David M. Carr and
Vladimir Kvassov. Welcome!

  Note that I've also changed the footer page template
that includes now a reference to the Luxor Team page
and to the luxor mailinglists.

  If you have any suggestions for improvements, please
let me know.
