response to many of Howard Lewis' points.

Please note that <ibiblio-dependency> is NOT a standard ant tag.  It is a
custom Ant 1.6 macro-def that he's using, built around the custom Grabber
tag.  See his description here:

There's a bunch of functionality that Maven provides out-of-the-box that
still needs to be scripted manually in Ant.  How much of this
functionality is needed by the Luxor project is a topic up for debate.
