  Luxor has no external dependencies on any
applications. All you you need to use Luxor is about
half a dozen open source Java libraries. If you feel
that's to much than you can merge them all into one
Java archive.

  Use whatever you think is best e.g. Python, Groovy,
JavaScript, Beanshell, JudoScript, Pnuts,
ObjectScript, etc.

  Yes, see http://petra.sourceforge.net/tutorial.html
