Some configuration error in Luxor Ramses's Hello.jnlp (and all others)!

I changed the = codebase in Hello.jnlp and libluxor.jnlp in order to get Hello.jnlp to = work. Here is the error Java Web Start gives me. I have a feeling it = is a configuration error.
