icon and command in a menuitem

Hi everybody:
    Thanks a lot for your answers (thanks Gerald), but i have more
questions, i have the next child
<menubar>
  ...
  <menuitem icon=3D"OPEN" label=3D"_Open" />
  ...
</menubar>

and all functions well, the icon appears well, but when i add the
command property, like this:

<menubar>
  ...
  <menuitem icon=3D"OPEN" label=3D"_Open" command=3D"open"/>
  ...
</menubar>

now the icon isn't, could you say me why?, is this a bug?, i'm using
the beta 9 but i had to recompile the jaxen jar because i couldn't
find the org.jaxen.XPath class, in the jaxen.jar that is in the
libraries, it will be for that reason?, thanks and I hope not to be
bothering too much
