Actually, Rick, the comment to which you specifically responded was the one
where I cited the Husted book as the best treatise.  Your comments
corroborate that view.

I had omitted the O'Reilly offering for the reasons cited.

But all books offer something that others don't, and you've noted the merit
of the O'Reilly book.  I just recall a day when O'Reilly was synonymous
with quality reference.
